Transportation Request
Transportation at House of New Hope provides individual and group transportation for a variety of case plan sanctioned activities including, but not limited to family visitation, court and county meetings.
All one-time and recurring transportation requests must be made through this online system. Trip requests may be made as far ahead as desired within a 6 week period and must be made at least 5 work days (not including holidays/weekends) in advance of desired trip. Requests may be for one-way or round trip to county-authorized locations only.
Transportation requests may not be honored unless approved by the House of New Hope Director of Transportation via email. When transportation requests cannot be honored, the Director of Transportation will collaborate with the person making the request to find an alternative.
