Our coordinator will arrange the details of your reception according to your needs and desires, and will manage your event from beginning to end.

The Sharp Ballroom will enchant you

Indulge in the stunning Sharp Ballroom – your ultimate reception venue. With great flexibility to suit smaller or the grandest of receptions, three separate rooms can combine into one impressive event space seating up to 350 in banquet style. As you enter you’ll quickly sense the presence of long-standing traditions; you’ll be impressed by the beauty of the interior spaces, the vaulted ceilings, golden chandeliers, and feel the warmth evoked by the decor.


	Setup and takedown crew: Our staff will efficiently handle all the furniture and equipment that House of New Hope is providing for you. Parking lot: More than 300 spaces adjacent to the building will be free and available to your guests during the event. Using Other Vendors: You may arrange for your favorite music, florist, caterers, and cake vendors to provide their services. The Banquet and Conference Office has compiled a list of vendors who are familiar with the facility, and will be happy to share it with you and help with the arrangements.
